ABOUT GRCP LIBRARY

The GRCP Library is a well-equipped resource centre designed to support the academic and research needs of students and faculty. With a collection of 12,962 volumes and 1,779 distinct titles, the library offers extensive resources across a range of disciplines. It subscribes to 34 national journals and provides access to 380 international online journals, enriching the academic experience with diverse and high-quality research material. Additionally, the library has a Delnet subscription, which expands the resources available to users through a network of shared materials. To streamline access and enhance user experience, the library is fully automated using Koha software, a robust library management system that simplifies cataloging, circulation, and online access. This automation allows users to efficiently search for and access resources, both on-campus and remotely. Additionally, the GRCP Library offers a book bank facility, allowing students to borrow textbooks for the entire semester and return them after completing their semester exams, supporting continuous learning and reducing the need for additional book purchases. This facility, combined with the library’s extensive collection and digital accessibility, makes the GRCP Library an essential pillar of academic support within the institution.
